Golf Las Américas workers with the federal flag
Golf Las Américas would like to join the celebration of the Swiss National Day. Congratulations Swiss golf players!
"Many Swiss citizens visit us every year, that's why a day like today is also special for us. The Swiss golf players are very respectful towards the golf etiquette and our golf course. It's always a pleasure to have players from this country", said Golf Las Américas CEO Joan Piferrer.
Since 1891, the 1st of August has been celebrated as Swiss National Day, or Schweizer Bundesfeier (German), Fête Nationale Suisse (French), Festa Nazionale Svizzera (Italian) or Fiasta naziunala Svizra (Romansh). The date refers to an alliance formed in 1291 by the three cantons of Uri, Schwyz and Unterwalden, the centre around which Switzerland was built. It is also the one day Switzerland's residents come together to celebrate in towns and cities all over the country.

There will be again a lot of beverage&food corners on the course, a cocktail lunch at The Dubliner Gaelic Corner with unlimited drink and a great prize draw for all the players.
We would like to introduce the accommodation offer in the hotel H10 LAS PALMERAS and we remind you that you can register now through the tournament website (link below).

JUNIOR GOLF SUMMER CAMP 2018
Golf Las Américas Academy have launched the JUNIOR GOLF SUMMER CAMP this summer, a golf training camp for kids, girls & boys up to 16 years old. It's about tailored golf lessons according to age groups and their level of golf, with schedules to choose (on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays). The Golf Las Américas golf coaches David Bosa and James Ferraby are helping the students to learn golf through funny games, improve their swing and, last but not least, enjoy the summer in the magnificent golf facilities of Golf Las Américas. The practice facilities of our academy include a driving range with both natural grass tees and mats, practice putting greens, bunkers, and a chipping green
